That is Pooh Bear. It's the roommates cat. Well, there second cat. Don't ask about the last one. He's really old, I'm guessing around 10years. Again, I'm not happy with them how they treat this poor thing. It is such a lovey cat but they really don't pay any mind to it. It was just crawling with fleas! I could SEE them on it! And it is covered in sores and it looked horrible. :(

Me and David finally broke down and gave the poor thing a bath. Well, it was mostly David holding it and me washing it off. I'm so allergic to cats, I break out in hives when I touch them. I had to take benadryl before the bath and a shower after and still got really itchy and everything.

First we washed it with flea shampoo, then some soothing shampoo for his skin, and we brushed it through with a flea comb. This poor guy was so sweet! He barely struggled! He didn't bite or scratch either of us!

The water was brown and fleas where dead everywhere! I just don't know how people can let their animals get like that!

We are going to bathe it a few more times, to make it more comfortable, but the poor old guy deserves that at the least. I think he also has worms (possibly) so we are going to look in getting him dewormed, not sure how that works on cats with him being so old.

Ok, to lighten things up a bit, here are a few more pics, he was mad at us after the bath. teehee.

"I can't believe you did that to me!"

Oh, the cat looks so pretty; thanks for helping. That look on Art's face is great.
