Meet Koda? (Jonah is undecided on a name) Poor boy!

My sons friend knew he was looking at Boxers and called to tell him about one they had, he had been abandoned at, of all places, a pawn shop after they refused to buy him... (I am NOT kidding! Who tries to seek a dog to a pawn shop!?!)

Jonah brought him home about an hour ago...

He's made a vet appointment for him Monday, for now we are keeping him separated from our two as we have no clue his history, or shots...

Is he going to be your dog, or your son's, or a family dog?

He'll be fully Jonah's dog, he'll live "with" all of us until Jonah moves out but he's Jonah's responsibility to vet, feed and care for... Foster was as well once Jonah was older and this guy is the first dog he's ever found, rescued and cared for totally on his own...

I'm only thankful Jonah's friends parents run the pawn shop and knew he was looking for a Boxer, and he was left there, otherwise lord knows what would have happened to him... Clearly he was not being fed well, he's extremely skinny
