So the boything and I are planning a road trip out East this summer to visit our old stomping grounds in Nova Scotia. We're going to cut through Maine to shorten the drive.
I'm looking at bringfido.com for dog-friendly campgrounds and such, but I'm wondering if anyone from that neck of the woods has suggestions for cool stuff to see or do? Doesn't need to be dog-friendly, but that'd be a plus.
We're going to be coming from Quebec down through Bangor and crossing in to New Brunswick close to the ocean.
Any ideas? We like outdoorsy stuff, food, and cool activities. Corny sight-seeing is fine too!
