Federal rules governing time off for good behavior could reduce Vick's prison stay by about three months, resulting in a summer 2009 release.
At least he didn't get off scott free like I figured, but still not enough for all he confessed to.

obviously i think an ass like him should get more for the horrific crime he commited, but legally speaking, that's a pretty fair sentance i think.

Justice is now making a mark out for all those celebs who think they can out of it... this is one case where money does NOT get you out of the trouble you are in.....

The sitting judge overruled the "suggested" sentence and doubled it to 24 months. I personally think he should have gotten 10 years, as it stands he will only do around 10 months. Hopefully the state charges, still pending, will not be concurrent and he will have a long time to think about what a barbarian he truley is....

At least until the summer of 2009, that future will be in a federal prison, most likely a camp-style facility with dormitories and jobs instead of barbed-wire fences and cells.

First off how I'm I supost to feel sorry for him? All I can say is I'm happy he's in jail at all.

Secondly I hope that he and I are never in the same room together. Ever.

Personally, I'm not upset with his sentence. Heck, I've seen more news stories on convicted sexual offenders that get off with a much lighter sentence.
