Hi, I have spent a few day's here soaking up information. Even though I have lived with dogs a good portion of my life, I can see here how little I really knew.
Anyway let me introduce my two four legged family members both adopted
from the Broward County Humane Society. Wally they were guessing is a
Shepherd /Lab mix, we adopted him at 12 weeks of age (currently 1.5 yrs old). And our
newest addition Tako with us just over a week, we were told is a
mix of a Flat Coated Retreiver and an unknown, him we brought home at
6 weeks old and only weighed 2.1 lbs. The puppy is great so far, even though
I am not doing proper crate training he has gone the last two full days clean w/no accidents.
Here are some pics:
Wally when he was a pup.
Tako at 7 weeks old
Wally at 1 1/2 yrs with Tako. Wally is tired here after an hour at dog park and
another 45 minutes of playing retrieve with him in back yard.
