Just want to say, this is a great post; useful, relevant, easy to understand information that everyone can, and should apply.

I just wanted to add this to my post. I don't think we tell this to each other enough.

Sometimes we feel like we don't matter, and nobody should ever be made to feel that way. Always remember, there is only one person who is uniquely you in the whole wide universe. You are valuable and rare, irreplaceable. Sometimes it feels like the world only wants to knock us down. We have to just stand up and say to it, I am strong and proud and beautiful, and I will succeed not because of you, but in spite of you.
