Reminds me of the first time I saw a show neo at a dog show. I just felt repulsed. All wrinkles, drool, sore looking skin. Blech.

Poor dog and breed(in general). First thought that came to my mind is they have got to have the most horrible yeast infections. *shudders at that*

Pugs with their few wrinkles have to be cleaned every day so they won't get irritations in the folds of skin-- can you imagine what these dogs must go through...ugh...

I've actually seen puppies of several mixes whose skin lifted up like that pup in the first picture. But none of them grew up to look anythign like that!

I could not imagine the cleaning involved and discomfort those wrinkles must cause,

As if the excess wrinkles weren't bad enough, the dog in the second picture has broken down pasterns. The dog is practically walking on it's "wrists"!

Did a little google search and found a few that aren't that bad

I mean, minus whatever is going on with this ones head.. structurally at least the dog looks comfortable

so at least it isn't the ENTIRE breed.. but an extreme type.

but it does seem that the extreme is by far more popular
