I'm currently planning on teaching Bella a new trick... It'll be that when I bend over at the waist, and stand with my arms up, and a toy held out between 'em, she'll run, and jump over my back, and grab the toy. All without stepping on me, hitting me, or knocking me over - hopefully. 
To train this, I'm planning on starting with me curled up in a ball on the floor, head close to my knees, arms wrapped around me, and just having Bella jump over me that way (My sister will guide her over me). Then after she's doing that, I'll get on my hands and knees, then from there, lift my arms up, so she's jumping between them, then try with the toy, all while I'm kneeling on the ground, then when she's doing that, and taking the toy, I'll try standing...
So, do you think I'm totally crazy for trying to teach my 26 inch GSD to do this? lol. I saw a BC do it once, and I think Bella could do it too, so we're gonna give it a shot...
Anyone else have a dog who does this? Or know how to train it?
