i have been gone at a family reunion for the last couple days. my friend josh had been watching my bird. on my way home from arkansas he called me and said jager was acting funny. he said he was on the floor of the cage and breathing funny. luckily he was on the way to the vet when he called me. but jager didn't make it and died on the way.
i feel so bad for not being there for jager. i only had him since dec and i'm so upset about this. he wasn't very old at all. i know that this is for dogs but i think jager deserves his own thread.
he was the nicest bird i have met ever. he tamed in a couple days. and he was so sweet. even people who weren't particuarly fond of birds liked him.
he will be missed
