Ew.... yes, that is unfathomably rude!!! In fact, I would order said person to go buy a can of febreeze and use the whole thing de-fish the work area! My ex-coworker used to microwave broccoli in the break room all the time, and everyone at work would tell him to stop, it made the whole store smell like shiyyyit.

I used to get into fights with my ex-roommate, because she KNOWS the smell of fish nauseates me, and yet she would eat tuna like eryday. Not only that, but she'd leave the can sitting on the counter and the juice in the sink - if she didn't DRINK THE JUICE from the can!!! Seeing her do this literally made me vom. :,( I could smell the tuna stench for days, as she never cleaned up after it or rinsed out the can. Thankfully I'll never have to see that tuna-loving b again.

I'm nauseous now...

Someone is always going to be high maintenance and b*tch about whatever I eat. People have mentioned having a problem with eggs, garlicky foods, broccoli, etc. Those are some of the main things I eat. I probably wouldn't reheat eggs or fish at work just because that isnt a typical thing I would pack in my lunch if I had a job but certainly broccoli and garlic is my favorite seasoning since I try to limit salt. I just wouldn't expect anyone to eliminate all these foods from their lunch. I, personally, wouldn't ever see myself bringing fish or eggs in my lunch but shrimp for sure and broccoli and everything I eat is seasoned with garlic. I certainly wouldn't consider it rude. That's just not the right word. Bothersome or annoying to some people, maybe but it's not like they are intentionally trying to offend anyone. They just probably didn't consider that the smell may bother someone. There are too many people these days that are bothered by too many things. It's hard to keep up.
