I can't stop eating at the moment. Nom Nom.

My clothes are getting tight!!! I just can't seem to think.about what I'm eating when I have so many other things going on in my head!!

I want to get back into exercising and eating healthy but feel like its impossible...

How do you get out the rut?? I'm normally quite good, but not under stress!

I eat when Im bored and have a baaaad sweet tooth. My solution? Just buy healthy, filling stuff instead of junk. Baby carrots, bananas, grapes, and similar fruits/veggies seem to be the best bet for me.

X2 but It only works about 30% of the time for me. Lol

When I'm *super* stressed I can't eat, anything less than dire and I'm a chowhound.

I tend to nibble too, when under stress. I try to stay with healthy snacks, but also find myself getting into naughty things. LOL. Instead of losing my appetite when something stressful is going on, it increases. (or so I think) Grrrrrr!:mad:

Today I can't stop. I had a banana, a bundle of grapes, 3 clementines, a chicken and apple sausage, two mini bite candy bars, and now I'm grubbing on chicken and rice. Not super unhealthy but I don't feel like this is the best choice but I'm out of gum and exhausted and edgy. Ahhh!

I can't eat when I'm stressed, but when I am bored I eat anything and everything. I hate the winter and every year I put on like 15 pounds from boredom. Right now I am eating hostess cupcakes even though we just got home from dinner.

When Im stressed I don't eat, although Im not a big eater anyways. Im one of these people who's constantly hungry because my matablism is so high so alot of the time I forget to eat because my body's just on hungry mode all the time.

Its really annoying and frustrating.

If there's food I might. But most of the time if I'm really stressed I just get really nauseous so eating isn't really first thing on my mind.

Now even when I'm not stressed I sometimes I lose track with what I have done and what I haven't so sometimes I may eat more than I should because someone will say something like 'hey bagels in the break room' and I'll grab one and three hours after constant phone calls and researching I forget that I've eaten -.-

I'm working on keeping a food journal though.

Me too!!!!!

And I am an awful awful stress eater, as in give me the whole pint of ice cream, or the whole bag of chips and dip.. If it's real stressful give me both and a big feed of Chinese takeout.... It's awful and the main reason I am sure that my weight is a struggle....

That's me... I just stop eating. I don't know why. The thought of food is just repulsive to me when I'm stressed. A few years ago I lost about 10 pounds in a week. It was terrible.

In all seriousness, as much as I poke fun (not in a mean way) at people who respond the way you describe.... It is truly just as awful, and maybe moreso in some ways, I had a girlfriend who passed out and injured herself after being under insane stress and not eating...

Same here. I lost about thirty pounds over the course of a month a couple years ago because I just couldn't eat. And I've never been able to gain it back as much as I need too. :/

I stop eating when I'm stressed :p Which is really just as bad. My blood sugar and pressure plummet.
This is me. Good for the waistline, bad for everything else.

A handful of years ago when I was under incredible stress thanks to a horrific boss, I dropped like 12 pounds in a week.

Although now I'm trying to get back into frisbee/hiking shape before the season really hits and I'm sitting here craving junky junk junk food. I've developed an obsession with Nutella and want to eat it on EVERYTHING. So I've been carbing out hardcore...and all those cupcakes I've been making haven't really been helping matters at all. :p
