well now, wouldn't life be so simple? I could just stay in my jammies.....stay in the warmth of my house....never even realize it's winter out there. IF I didn't have dogs. But........boy, wouldn't my life be so dull....who would make me get out to play, romp, feel the fresh brisk air??? We just had such a romp....it's 15 degrees....we played until my fingers were truly frozen. Now, we're in....snuggly...my dogs are snoozing happily. Nope, can't imagine my life without them. Just can't. :D I'm just thinking out loud. lol :)

I can't imagine it without them either. They can be messy, test your patience, and sometimes smelly, but wouldn't life be boring if it were always clean, easy, and smelled like roses. Puh-lease! A dog's life is the life for me! Or at least a life WITH a dog!

My dogs are my best friends. My husband works alot and besides my wonderful three kids, they are the only ones that I could cuddle up to with no strings attached. They provide me with laughter and love day in and day out. I'll just look at Sadie and her stubby tail will be wagging away :) That's enough comfort for me.

To be honest, I could probably live without most people in my life - but not the dogs. They're also the only ones who are consistently rational and never take anything for granted.

Who else would greet me at the door with a smile, a wagging tail, and kisses more than I could ask for!

Renee, that's Dave's biggest joke to people.....he hopes I never HAVE to pick between him and the dogs....he would be packing. lol I do also find I prefer my dogs company over lots of people I know.....and I tell Dave he is safe cause he is part of our pack. (not sure where he comes in pack order, tho) ;)

Its hard to be in the house alone when the dogs are being groomed, its way too darn quite. Funny thing, the groomer comes to my house, he is a mobile dog groomer and he pulls up in my drive way so if it gets too quite in the house I can go out side and look at them through the window, hehe - cant let my babies go too far away.
