new collars and leashes for Bella and Zoey. They both have matching red ones right now, but people keep saying "Oh, they're such cute boys" or to Bella "You're a handsom man!".... LOL, I want something girly, but for a decent price... Any ideas where I could find such a thing?

Doesn't matter what colour I put Spanky in. It's always "Ohhhhh what a pretty lady." I'm going to put him in an It's A Boy t-shirt from now on.

    Sorry, no suggestions from me.

ROFL... let's trade. Everybody thinks Auggie is a girl.
Auggie's collar and harness are red, and he usually has his "BAD TO THE BONE" Harley-Davidson leash on, so I don't think that matters, LOL. He's a boy!! He's hardcore, people!! I don't get it.

When Django and Ilsa are at the store (with Sizzle and I of course) Django always gets called a girl and Ilsa is always a boy. You could get Bella a pink Ella's lead. I reccommend the Marri's lead style.

Might be a GSD thing... even when Missy had a bright pink reflective collar people called her a "handsome man" and "scary guy". Which baffles me - she looks so feminine to me. :p LoL

Hannah gets called a handsome boy all the time no matter what I do. I just gave up and now tell them when they say that "Yes, she is"

It reminds me of when my sister was a baby. She looked A LOT like a boy and people always told my mom what a cute boy she was. So my mom dressed her in all pink, dresses and complete with a bow on her.

....people still called her a boy sometimes.

My Wishbone didn't noticed as a girl, not once, even sometimes my cousin came over our house, dress him with small girly dress with matching pink collar and walk Wishbone in the park.

Nope. Bimmer gets accused of being a girl all too often - and Kharma is supposed to be a male. I think it's a size thing

Hasn't happened to Kharma since she got her Pretty in Pink Ella's lead though ;)

When Kiba turned 1... I got her a hot pink tshirt with a sparkly pink and white cupcake on it.. and in sparkles and all girly said " I'm the birthday girl"...

I had people coming up and calling her a boy. Hello!!! Pink glittery tshirt.. read it!!

I think sometimes darker dogs are refered to as boys.. and lighter dogs refered to as girls. I dunno.. but its something I've noticed. And when I do point out they are male and female... they are automatically boyfriend girlfriend. Sickos. They're related. Insert ackward silence and people walking quickly away. LOL.

Gonzo gets called a girl OFTEN... I think it's because he prances. He is very flambouyant. The fact that he only wears blue/green stuff doesn't seem to make a difference.

So far, I think only one person has called Fozzie a "she", and the person didn't seem too bright. :3 I suppose he's just a manly man.

I would definitely look for something pink or purple, preferably flowery or with hearts or something. Rogz sells a lot of cute collars/leashes/harnesses in girly designs for under $20. Lupine also makes some pretty, girly stuff that isn't expensive.
