He was ever so cute and totally lived up to 'no recall' reputation as I think it was a dog walker walking him but he showed no sign of any recognition of his name at all, he loved Hector so just started ambling along with us, I thought he would eventually go back but he didn't and his walker shouted for us to stop, which we did but then we were joined by a woman with two staffies and a saluki and Beagle was just so excited he went crazy with proper zoomies, it was chaos, popular ringtones
and I had a very friendly happy staff snot allover my leg, but Beagles walker did managed to grab him in the end and walked off chuntering about how he was never going off lead ever again, she didn't thank us for stopping or trying to help herd the blinking dog towards her.
