Ah sh*t.

UM, 24 INCHES OR OVER ONLY.

Not that I think I would mind Backup, but Knox and Ozzy would, lol

Ah, well. Zander qualifies! And he loves everyone. :D Well, rephrase. He loves boys when they form bromances with him and gets depressed otherwise. Females he likes to worship at their feet regardless.

While I would love Yoshi, Sally would not :(

I am perfectly happy to help in any way can with transport, etc. I'm in Northwest Indiana and will drive anywhere as long as I can get there and back in a weekend.

ETA: Super vibes and prayers that it doesn't come to rehoming!

I could possibly help with transport, so long as my car doesn't fall apart before then. I'm fairly close.

Oh no! I hope whatever it is that came up goes away and you won't have to re-home Yoshi. But it sounds like there are other options that might work. I sure hope something works. I know how you adore your dog. I'm so sorry you're struggling with this. Lots of vibes headed your way.

I was hoping we'd hear from you this morning... I really hope you're ok, and I really hope you can take a member here up on taking yoshi until you're back on your feet if it comes down to it. We all know how much she means to you, and that you wouldn't even consider it if it wasn absolutely neccessary. Nobody's putting a time line of a couple weeks for her staying with them, and even if something came up, I'm sure another chazzer would step up if needed as another foster option.

(((((hugs))))

I could probably do a transport leg between GreenMagick and SillySally if we need to bring her up this way. Or if we went towards Ohio to RD I think we have some other Indiana Chazzers further South too...

I hope everything is okay and it doesn't come to having to place her somewhere else though. =<

Hey guys I'm a little calmer now so I'll fill you in on what's going on.

Yesterday my car that I was told I should have about 6 more months on broke down in Tulsa. I live about an hour away from work and so getting a ride and public transport isn't an option for me, they just aren't available out in the country.

I don't have any money saved up. I recently had to refill my meds and do all my yearly checks to get them again so my savings was spent trying to pay off my medical.

I spent all of Yoshi's savings when she bloated. I have a little more there but only about $200.

I was turned down by my bank, car dealers, and even the bad credit ones because I've only been at my job almost 2 years and not 3, my income isn't high enough and I don't have any debt but I have always used my own money so I don't have any credit either.

All night I have been texting and emailing people and all morning I have been calling and offering them $400, my TV, and my Macbook Pro. I have Aspergers and having conversations is sometimes hard for me especially if I don't know you there's usually a lot of pauses because I don't know how to keep the conversation going. So I have my fingers crossed none of these people think I'm suspicious acting and refuse me because of that.

I do have a few people who are considering it so I hope one of those does go through.

If I can get through the next couple months I'll have my birthday money, my bonus, and my raise so by then I'll get pushed up into an income where getting a loan would be a lot easier because I could have a down payment and I won't be bottom income level.

If I do have to have someone watch Yoshi I hope it would just be temporary.
Here's info on here:

She's kinda tall. She's about 35/40 lbs but she's pretty leggy so she's taller than you might think.
She gets really excited to play and go out but does know when to calm down and will calm down if you tell her to.
She is house trained.
She has to be crated when you are gone but likes her crate.
If you tell her to 'get in there' She will run to the crate and sit for you while you close it.
She is bad on a leash and collar but better with a harness.
She is good off leash
She has good recall and usually stays within seeing distance.
She can't be free fed. She has to be calm and hour before and after she eats.
She is a beggar but will not jump up to get food and is not a table surfer.
She knows all the basic commands like sit, stay, lay down, off.
She will give one or two barks at a door bell and maybe a knock but that's about it. She does bark a bit when she gets excited and wants to play but will stop when you tell her to.
She is good in the car.
She is good with other dogs, cats, small animals, kids, and other people.
She is good with loud noises, fast moving people/kids, storms.

I really hope it doesn't come to rehoming her for good though and I have a couple people who are considering my trades. Since I don't have a car I can't go out and sell the stuff myself. I really didn't want to sell my computer but it's one of the most expensive things I own.

I'll try and keep you guys updated on what's going on.
