Fran, your puppy will be here sooner than you think. The waiting time just flies! What are you down to? 4 weeks? 5 weeks? less?

He is such an easy puppy so far. Granted, the last puppy I raised was when I was back at my parents and he was an 8 week old demon spawn of a Texas Lacy. Which is of course to say he was a normal Lacy. I also think he was taken away from his parents and siblings at around 7 weeks and didn't have a chance to learn from them.

He is awesome because he will look you straight in the eye and tilt his head to the side when you talk to him and he tries to figure out what you want.

He is awesome because Ben put out some solar lights earlier today. The first time Hudson saw them he was unsure and didn't want to check them out. The second time he walked right up to one of them without any hesitation.

He is awesome because when he doesn't want to hang out in the kitchen with us (the kitchen is small, so it's best that he doesn't) he will lay in the living room doorway so he can keep an eye on us.

He is awesome because I think I accidentally taught him to jump into my arms when I ask "Do you want to go outside" and the answer is "yes".

He is awesome because he has a little, crooked nub of a tail.

He is awesome because even though we've had a few pee accidents in the house we have not had a poop accident even last night when his belly was a little upset,

He is awesome because he will watch TV or listen to music.
