Hyia is learning

This morning I woke up with a minky rabbit, a little grey rabbit and a teeny tiny scrap of a black rabbit tucked in by my face. Thank you Ressie it is very nice to be appreciated and to have surprises on Valentine's day. You are just wonderful.

Awww, very sweet of Ressie. I appreciate that Zoey has stopped pouncing on my face in the middle of the night!!

Ressie is too silly and must be a heavy hat!

I have arthritis in my neck, along with a birth defect to add to no jaw joints and the need for another surgery I am not going to get. So you would think it would hurt. But he keeps his weight fully on my shoulders when we are up right, and honestly his laying across there kind of feels really good, when he is not scalping me. He has done super good with the babies here. And shows himself to be a most forgiving kind of guy for one time of a too hard tail pull that won't happen again. The guilty offender is really weaally sorry.

I am going to have to try to make him his own bowl, big enough to get in, an maybe have some holes in the side or paws to stick out. Bigger, is a whole lot harder, but, no matter how bad a mood I am in, this always makes me laugh.

Too much! He is getting so big, how old is he now?
Zoey will probably be going in for her spay very soon, I'm getting nervous.

Miscommunication

think Ressie thinks VIctor is purring, and I think Victor thinks ressie is growling. THis happens every day, sometimes a couple and Victor complains every time, until he grumbles until he gives up and goes back to sleep He sounds much worse than he really is. Ressie adores him.

That is so funny! Must be a kitten thing because Zoey has no clue when Gracie growls she wants her to go away. Most of the time we move Zoey when it happens. But we've noticed a couple times when we don't ....Gracie gets fed up with complaining and just relocates herself.

Sweet, sweet Victor; I love that boy! Ressie is a character.

Victor says he loves you too Barb. That is a wagging tail that makes the white blur.

He also says "for the love of Mike"

Oh Vic, I love you! Have patience with Ressie; he likes you a lot.

Ressie has taken to rubbing his head agaisnt the dog's heads. It has not gone un noticed to VIc that this mght mean something. I see some effort of being a friend on his part, not just sneak sniffs when REssie is busy.

It is nice to see. I like to sleep with Victor, I like to sleep with Ressie as well. It works a whole lot better if Victor doens't have to leap up and have a cow half a dozen times in the night because the kitten touched him.

IT's also nail day. I swear they grow faster then ever the older they get.
Thicker too.

Awww. Ressie is trying. Zoey also wants Gracie to like her but so far tolerating and an occasional play around is all we've managed.
