I am wild child see me pounce.

If Dumbo had ear feathers would they look like hers?

SO how do they do that be a kitten one day and the next ....

She played with patrick all evening. They crawled in and out of the cardboard castle. Played with the flirt pole, and built things together. Laughter peeled out of the bathroom when he ran into see her ice hockey marble tub game.

when the day was done, they even tuckered out together.

I was very proud of patrick. He was super careful and respectful to her. IN turn, she was a very smitten kitten with him.

IT's just a revolving door of children these last couple days. First Patrick, he went home, Baylee and Aiden came for the morning, they left and Jory came to spend two days. Ressie is very happy about that. She says if she can't have kittens to play with, these guys might just be the next best thing. AT least they get in the castle with her.
Yeah Baylee...she makes me feel like that too when I look at her.
She just makes you smile.

Every single one of them has been super with her. Playing carefully and not too wild, or too loud.
She thinks the blocks are marbles are just for her however.

Aiden finally figured out to build his one the table.

The children are great company for Ressie, and she's teaching them a lot too. Love all the pics.

Thank you for letting me share. :) I am very pleased that all have been so gentle with her. I wonder what it is like when everyone in the whole wide world is happy to see you. This morning she was in Neccy's chair, but over to one side. I told Neccy there was stiill plenty of room for her and to hop on up. When she did, she turned and chewed corn all down Ressie's neck and gave her face a quick kiss. It was nice. I shouldn't have kept her, I have no business doing anything like this, but Jory says he sure is glad I did. She has for sure been a spirit lift for me when I needed it most. At least no one has been displaced, or feels left out. We all love her.

Jory wanted to know if there was anything that eats boys in my woods. I told him if he was a dandylion or a rabbit he might have some trouble, but as a boy, I think he is all good. Ressie on the other hand, leashed kitty is a safe kitty. SHe says oh HUCK can you do THIS? Trees are way better than screens.

Jory's little brother had surgery on his feet yesterday. It is a long healing process and he will be in a wheelchair for weeks and casts until Christmas. Jory found him these 10 furbies on the thrift store 1o cent table. So he asked if we could make them a castle like Ressie's. I said we could do even better we could make a haunted house. So we worked on it last night, it has bubble wrap floors and spiderwebs and lots of scary stuff. Ressie gave it her final stamp of approval this morning. Hopefully Jory and Zoen can add to it when they get it home.

The little sculpture I called Cinders that was donated to ARt Unleashed this year was closer to the truth than i had realized. Ressie did it AGAIN.

i named the little cat sculpture that because of how it looked coming from the raku can, an oops kitty who had rolled in ashes. I didn't know I had my own oops kitty coming my way. She tho, doesn't look the least bit guilty. sighs ..no one will cut me a break with my hurt back. I brushed it out best I could. The rest is just going to have to be good charcoal for her tummy. AT least for now.

SHe has been poking her nose into everywhere it doesnt' belong today. All the rest of the crew have crashed like the old folk we are. We must bore her to tears. I did however see Neccy coming out of the cardboard castle earlier. I think she was just checking it out, but if Ressie catches her in there the games will begin and Neccy might find out she has taken on more than she can handle.

Sancho cleaned her up. SHe found a better place instead of the flue to stick her self. I wish I could have had the pose of hanging upside down with both legs and her head upside down and back looking at me but she moved by the time I got the camera. I think her eyes are going to be two for sure different colors.

Oh Huck, Ressie challanges you to a game of tub marble hockey. I wanted to get the camera when she first started because she was just crazy fun to watch, she can pick it up and throw that marble too. By the time I took this vid, she was not nearly as zany. Still, she's fun to see. AT least to me. About the only thing that has put a smile on my face today.a

Ode to Cardboard castles. I finally threw out the chair. I do eventually have to admit defeat. However that spot was perfect for this, and this solves the problem apparently for 2 to sleep and hang out. It was an issue. FIrst Ressie kept taking Neccy's chair, and then Sancho and Ressie were stressing Victor by crowding his preferred spot. Without the chair we had a problem. I am quite fond of our cardboard castle. It has become the basis of quite a few fond memories.

THanks Bax. WE all think so but we are biased. Might have to do with as soon as she looks at you she nods her head a couple times and then roars a purrrr.

WHat is it with babies and my hair lately? When I saw the grands Baylee and Aiden they did me a "do" too.

WHat would I do without you my dear little friend.

Don't know what he would do without her either.
