Once a week (or two, or three)...whenever I'm curious. Last summer I lost about 10 pounds due to a weird stomach bug thing, then gained back about 3 and have stayed steady since. Here recently, however, I've gained almost all of it back. :( I'm still in what I would call my "normal" range, but I am not happy. I know it is because I'm eating more (and less healthy), but gosh dang it...I just can't seem to stop. But I need to, before I get outside my normal range. Bleh. Starting tomorrow, I swear.

Usually I weigh myself daily for a few days, then skip a week. LOL Nothing regular - just when I feel like it.

Never. I don't have a scale at the house, so it's usually only once a year or 6 months whenever I go in to see the dr.

I used to weigh myself every day when I was dangerously underweight.

Now, maybe every 2 weeks or if I think my weight has changed by more than a few lbs

Whenever I go to the doctor. Which is more often these days. Lol. I actually kind of wish that I had weighed myself a bit more in the time between getting my current job and now - I had at least 10 pounds sneak up and latch on. And because I never weigh myself and it was really gradual (desk jobs ftl) I didn't notice until I went to the doctor earlier this year.

If I don't check daily, I will gain. So, I'm dieting again and checking daily again.

If you are dieting and the scale hasn't moved in several days, try eating more calories one day.

A few times a week. Really watching what I eat with the bp, so that helps, and even on meds still not that hungry most of the time so not eating as much as 'suggested' so a lot of the time it's figuring out what I a)want b)can have and c) should have and then I eat it. Last night tried a body by vi shake and had a few sips of it, too nasty, so had nothing all night - that was dinner.

I am loosing, likely not the official healthy way of eating 1200 calories or so a day but honestly have done that and not lost an ounce, even after months of sticking to it. I'm convinced my body does better at loosing if I keep it around 1000 on average (some days less, some days more). Bloodwork etc. was fine though so not too worried and following up with the doc next week.

I don't own a scale... I think I weighed myself a handful of times in the two years I worked at the clinic becaus "everyone else was doing it." But really, it's about body condition and fitness. Even when I'm not healthy, I still don't get concerned about my "weight" so much as how I feel and look.

Every month or so.. just to get a general idea.

I used to have an eating disorder and used scales/weighing like 3 times a day. It was a big anxiety thing...so now I just leave them

When I was trying to lose weight, I stopped weighing myself regularly because I found it discouraging.

Now that I'm down to a healthy weight I tend to do it a couple times a week, to make sure I stay there. Not so much out of fear of weight gain at this point but rather the opposite. The way I eat now makes it really easy to keep my weight stable, but I like to make sure it doesn't drop below what it's at. Sometimes I might do more exercise than usual and forget to compensate by eating more, and then checking the scale helps let me know I need to up my food intake.

Once every two months? That's about when I remember it and get curious. I'm going by mirror and feel though. I've seen so many cases where someone has gained weight and looked like they lost it because of the muscle they were building. I'd rather not feel down when I look at the scale because the number isn't small.

Never...

I don't really care what the number is. As long as my clothes still fit the same, I figure that means nothing has changed lol.
