5 to 6 hours, and by the end of the week, I'm falling asleep by 9pm (usually get to bed around 10:30 - 11pm, up at 4am). I'll get 8 - 9 hours on the weekend.

Days I work mornings I do the wake myself up every hour looking at the clock thing. Average four to five hours. When I work evenings I get more sleep but also up to let out dogs and when husband gets up. At least seven or eight hours though.

God I'd love a good eight hours every night!

I'm not too bad at prioritising sleep. I usuallt get 7-8 hours a night. I can function on much less but only for a few days before I start just wanting to cry all the time.

Usually 8ish at night plus naps.

But I'm super tired all the time thanks to meds. I can deal with this over my complete lack of sleep before.

When I work, usually about 7hrs. I always go to bed too late, I can't help it. It takes me forever to fall asleep. So typically I'm not asleep until midnight at least. Then I get up at 7am. When I can just sleep with no alarm, it's usually about 10 hours and that's when I feel my best.

Totally depends on the day and season for me.

Especially in the summer, I go out a lot at night, so we may be at the bar until last call and then come home and drink some more/play board games/watch a movie. 2 or 3 am is common to finally fall asleep on these days. Wake up between 7 and 9 usually for work/dog feeding, 5 on gym days. So, sometimes only 4 or 5 hours probably.

In the winter especially, I'm more of a hermit. It gets dark and I'm inside, frequently in bed by 10. Get up at 7-9 for work or 5 on a gym day and I get at least 7 hours of sleep. Sometimes 11.

It's all pretty fine for me. I can function well on very little sleep. Usually it doesn't matter how much I get, but when I go to sleep/wake up. If I go to bed late (3) and get up late (3), I'm going to feel like crap, even if I just slept for 12 hours.

I'd feel the same way if I went to bed at 11 and slept until 11. If I went to bed at 3 and got up at 8, I'd be totally fine. If I went to bed at 12 and got up at 5, I'd be grouchy and feel like crap.

I'm odd.

During my work week i get 3 to 4 hours a night . My off weeks also is 3 to 4 hours a night , BUT thankfully when all are in schol I will get a nap that is 3 to 4 hours long then.

Chris hates it cause I get grouchy come the end of my work week and then get grouchy for sleeping so much during my precious time off.

I cant win.

Usually 5-7. If I can sleep as late as I want, though, I can easily sleep 12 hours. So unless I get to sleep in, no, I really don't get enough sleep :p

4-5, or 9. anything less or more or in between and i get interrupted in the middle of a cycle and i feel yuuuuuccckkkkkyyyyyyyy. i can pop up and feel great if i have to have a "short night" of 4 or 5 hours, but i cant do it too many days in a row without a long night to rest more, which i get on my days off, so it works.

I use SleepBot every night, which is pretty awesome. According to my history of the past two months or so, I sleep between 6 and 7 hours each night. I generally feel well-rested with that amount.

Most weeknights I get about 7.5 hours, and aim for closer to 9 hours on the weekends when I can. I need close to 8 hours or I'll feel crappy.

I try for between 7-8 which *should* be enough, but being woke up 2-9 million times a night makes it not work so well. (Actually the baby is generally a good sleeper but I'm bitter over the midnight, 1, 2, and 5 wake-ups last night.) And then on the nights when there are no wake ups I'm all groggy and weird from too much sleep. No winning.

If I get less than 7 hours for more than 3 days it gets pretty ugly.

I tried to use sleepbot when i first went on my meds to see if there was a marked difference between on and off them, but the app kept freezing and turning off my phone and then it only measured time but not the movement and i really wanted to see movement too. So I was bummed.

never as much as I want, but always more than most people.

Probably 7.5-9 on average during the week and 10-12 when I can sleep as much as I want. When I have a long stretch of time off, I think I average out at about 10 hours a night which leads me to believe that's what I ought to strive for... but it's just so much time out of a hectic schedule! I'm interested to try this sleepbot app...

Usually 10-12 but if I don't have any reason to get up, up to 14 isn't unheard of. I'm on meds that cause drowsiness for up to 18 hours which drives me nuts. 8+ and I'm fine but less than 8 hours and I have a very hard time waking up because of it.
