For me, I fall on the floor and Peanut will occupy herself by trying to reach my brain via ear canal with her tongue. Or, she'll spend 30 minutes licking my hair into whatever style she deems fashionable.lol

I have no choice because the kids keep me going. If I relax for a minute Megan jumps up me that is my human two year old. So up I get and off we go. We all enjoy the park and the ball diamond were Yukon can go off leash safely. I'm not sure who gets more exercise the kids, the dog or me. Right now since it is raining, I am allowing the flying mouse [bat] to entertain Yukon. He will never catch it but he sure is trying hard.

I AM NEVER GOING TO LAY ON THE FLOOR, AGAIN!!! lol, I tried that and he did a full on attack on me. He bit my nose, ripped out some of my hair, and was biting my hand. He just thought it was a game... I had to run away from him, lol. He's so mischevious

So that just got me more tired, and now I have more to complain about than just my leg and throat, lol

Haha, that's what the cats are for. They love to get my dog fired up and chase him 'round and 'round the house. Of course, it makes it difficult to nap with stampeding cats trampling over your head.

I know how you feel. You gotta force yourself sometimes... but sometimes I get real lazy and put him in the hall with a toy and I just fall asleep.

I'm so cruel... :p

I'm up at 4am monday til friday to go to work.( I chose an early shift so I'd be home early for the dogs. But as soon as I come in I change my clothes put the dogs in the car and take them for a walk for an hour or two. Watching them play gives me such pleasure that I nearly forget about being tired.

I do mean things like put a treat in an empty water bottle and let them figure out how to get the darn thing out. Keeps them busy for a while. :D

*for a lager dog I'd probably use a 2 litter soda bottle.*

that's a good idea, I think I just need to take a couple sleeping pills so I can actually fall asleep during my bed time
