how do you make those nice signatures?

ive seen people with moving and fading signatures and i was wondering what type of computer program you need to make them. Also many say custom keyodie design so i was wondering if anyone knew who to ask. This is most probably a question asked many times and youre probably sick of it but i would be grateful if you gave me some help

You can just e-mail Keyodie, I believe she has something in her sig saying for sigs e-mail her. Thats what I did. She does a very good job! Although there are a lot of other people on here that do good jobs also and Im sure one of them wouldnt mind making one either.
