They did the house check and everything went fine. We had to move a few things into the garage, but that wasn't anything big. So it went good and we are going to go pick him up tomorrow 
I already got everthing I need, including another leash (the 2' one). So we are all set to receive him and will start NILIF as soon as we get him. We are told he knows sit, down, stay, and come but we will work to enforce those as well as teach leave it, drop it, and anything else we think of. They also said he walks great on a leash and that it looks like his previous owner's put a LOT of work into him.
Anyways everything went fine and we already have a groomer to look at. We are going to come in and check it out first and then if we like it bring in the dog and learn how it's done.
