Healthy home made dog food amount?

Hi: I have two Westhighland Terriers one is 5 the other is 7. male and female.
Just went to natural dog food that I make myself. did it years ago and now starting again! Tired of the crap in commercial food, even the premium brands,+ the dog food scare. My dogs loved my food, but hate the dry stuff, wwet stuff doesn't help their teeth.
I mix my food with some hard kibble adn multivitamin for best of all worlds

Recipie:
1 large chicken
1 can carrot slices
1 can sweet potatoes (no syrup)
1 can spinach
1 can peas
2 apples
2 cups pasta
2 cups brown rice
1/2 cup Saflower oil
1/2 carton chicken broth ( to make rice in)
powdered multivitamin (portion amount according to how much I make
(1 teaspoon per 10 lbs. per day)
1 large carton fat free cottage cheese

Half in refrigerator/half frozen! recipie lasts for my two dogs at 1 cup a day for about three weeks
QUESTION: USING DRY DOG FOOD I GIVE THEMN EACH A CUP A DAY OF FOOD. NOW THAT I AM BACK TO REAL FOOD HOW MUCH FOOD SHOULD I FEED THEM A DAY? VET FRIEND GONE FROM TUCSON.... HELP!

Hi, Welcome to the board!
When you say "can" of peas, carrots,etc. is it just that? A can? That stuff is loaded with sodium and can't be good for the dogs. I use fresh carrots, sweet potatos, etc. chop them up myself an boil them up with the meat.
