All I can comment on is that it is extremely unlikely that a such a small female dog could carry a large pup to term. At the very least it would probably require a c-section, and at the worst the female would die in labour trying to deliver a puppy that was fathered by a Great Dane. I've assisted in c-sections of small females that were bred to larger dogs, but never the kind of ratio you'd see with a Dach/Dane cross.
