IT would be hard to pick a thread of these puppies that i like the best, but if i had to choose this i think would be the top. I want to sculpt them like that...if only i could make things as fast as i can want to make them. THose are just da bomb.

OMGoodness! How on earth can you get anything done with that much cuteness around?

I'm not sure if this was posted somewhere, but are you going to keep both Beagles? & how come we don't see much pictures of them and their doggy mommy? I'm kinda confused

Posted several pic threads with Nonnie...you must've missed them. Nonnie does not like the camera near her pups when they are small...she hovers and mantles and this is dangerous when they are tiny...so I took pics when she was "on break" in the main.

Right now, they are being weaned so they spend quite a lot of time away from her so she can dry up. They hurt her when they nurse because of their teeth, and the harrassment is more than she should take. ;)

She sees them various times thruout the day where I can distract them if they get too fixated on nursing. In fact when many of the outside pics are taken she is right at my feet LOL.

They are in a stage right now where interaction with all types of people (my kids, my husband, myself, approved visitors) and other animals (Cleo, the cats, my other hounds) will "proof" them for new things they will encounter away from home. They learn about bite inhibition from several sources here, not solely their mother, who honestly will allow them to bite her as hard as they like. LOL.

In short...this time is a fun one...one where I can utilize a true "pack" to socialize them in a safe environment and not leave the job solely to Nonnie...who does a great job with the little ones...but is perhaps too permissive with the slightly older pups. ;)

Who I keep is a decision I'll be making in a bit...I have ideas and things I like about both...so hopefully things will become clearer...but really...there's never any real rush when the litter is so small.
