It's easy if you have any photo editing programs like GIMP, Photoshop, etc. They all have these filters for photos that, when done to the extreme, distorts photos like this.

Thanks Allie. I'm not on my computer now as I'm in Seattle. But I'll have to check that out some time. I'm having fun though, watching ya'll guess. I'm going to keep watching to see if I get a glimmer of insight one of these times. I am drinking some really good Seattle Chai tea from the market. Maybe that will help.
