Guess the breed

Here is my dog. We think she is a cocker spaniel and a lab. But only cause of the ears and the feathering. And they are two common dogs. But that does not explain the curly tail. Help please? Oh, I don't have a pic of her tail. It looks like something in this next pic which is not her. It is ehld a little higher over her back though

Cockers tails are ussually docked.

This is a cocker with a full tail.

Looks very much like an old-fashioned Cocker Spaniel to me. Could she be a pure, but not very well bred, Cocker with an undocked tail?

I guess its possible. Her fur does not keep on growing though and I read that cocker spaniels do. I am happy with whatever she is though.

Does look cocker to me - because its a docked breed, breeders don't breed for tail set, fur growing all the way through, etc.

My fist assumption was newfoundland.. but those are rare and this dog looks way too small. When I was younger their was a dog that looked just like that. He was a golden retriever/lab/sheltie...weird mix, but that's what he was. Extremely intelligent. He also had a tail like that. The only thing that makes me think cocker spaniel is how long the ears are... but mixing a golden to any small breed can also give long ears.

Looks like a cocker to me too. A big one though. But have seen full blood cocker spaniels probably weight more than 45lbs

Wow, your pup gave me flash backs to my childhood dog! The only difference between the two is that my girl had a flash of white running down her chest. Her mother was a cocker spaniel and her father was a lab, the owners of the dogs didn't think that their lab was old enough to make babies yet...

She has got like 5 white hairs on her chest lol. And a white chin. What a funny dog....
