Hi,

New to the forum and was after some opinions of what my new rescue GSD/Setter pub is likely to turn out like!? At the minute she looks like a GSD and at 3 months old is huge - spanial sized easily!

If anyone has any photo's of one of these mutts that would be fab.

Thanks guys:D

Hows about showing us a picture of yours :) ? Its hard to say with mixed breeds what they will grow up to actually look like but between the GSD and setter I'm sure she will be a good size :D

cant at the minute, camera's at work. she looks more gsd round the face but redder with some feathering down the legs etc.

Was wondering more about temprement/intellect than anything else - obviously setters "stupid" (in a good way) but real friendly and gsd's clever and a bit more assertive - hoped someone had some experience of the mix or similar?

thanks a lot,

I sure hope the GSD smarts come out, a dog with setter/gsd energy and setter brains would be a handful!

Someone had bloodhound/GSD pups in our local paper the other day. I made the same comment to my wife- a mix like that with GSD brains and bloodhound and GSD nose would be a great tracker.

You'll never know how your dog will turn out until she grows up and you can see for yourself. In a litter of mix breeds every single pup could turn out completely different. :) Ahhh...the mysteries of genetics. ;)

Can't wait to see a photo, she sounds gorgeous. :D
