I use tiny Pic
Go to www.tinypic.com
After your there it will have alittle bar and browse button hit the browse button and you will be in your picture file. Pick which pic you want and then the file name will show up in the bar then hit the "Host It" button only once. Then a number of codes will show up pick the img one. So in other words the one with IMG on each end. I hope this makes sense.
