I think some of the bit about "meat and biscuits" is just a cultural misunderstanding. In some places there are dog foods that are called biscuits that are meant to be fed mixed with meat.

Communication is the key, guys! One of the great things about a place like this is that there are so many of us from so many different places, but that also makes it imperative to ask questions before jumping in. Always try to find out what the other person is actually saying before reacting.

I think Blue's thread was a good one. We all learned quite a lot and some terrible misconceptions got cleared up as well.

You're fine by me! Debating is good - with electronic communication it is easy to get the wrong end of a stick sometimes, - you should see some of the pm's I get from my sister, - so abrupt I think I've deeply offended her - but she is just a slow typer, lol

Hey mrose...sorry you took it that way. Too bad we can't put inflections on the treads. I went to bed so didn't see you were hurt. If I ever did dislike you, you'd know it !! I just felt last night you said that to make a joke (thus clown) and to get people riled up. Grammy loves you {{{ hug }}}

Mrose, I've read a lot of posts by you, and you've never said anything that would make me dislike you. I had a problem with BeautifulSilence, but then, so did a lot of other people. I haven't seen her back here, either...LOL She was the person who called us Arrogant and Ignorant Dimwits.

OMG, that was the best thread EVER!! We all got to get revenge on the silent one and best of all, i got like 10 posts added onto my total.

i look at my total and think omg..my mama says i talk to much but oh my..i really need to shut up!!!!!! I even had to ask Renee..Do i post to much? Scared me.
Mrose..i was thinking..there have been a number of times i have stuck my opinion out there when it was different from the others..and waited for the reprocussions..and it didn't happen..and there have been times when others have given me a totally different perspective to a problem that i hadn't thought of..that is what i consider to be the best part of this forum. U ask an honest question and u get honest answers. Sometimes u get enlightened (sp?) and find a whole new approach. I have enjoyed your posts very much. There have been times when some people have been insulting and rude, and the forum has tried first politely and then sternly to let the person know..in hopes of finding a path of peace. It is a fuzzy bunny land for me and i just love it...if you haven't seen the taunted rabbit from the blue tacky thread, i posted it in the art area....you would know..i promise if anybody had any problems. ;)

I see nothing wrong with "meat and biscuits"... I'm sure the biscuit part meant kibble or dog biscuits... I think you misunderstood mrose... Meat is probably very healthy to feed a dog. :D

Well, misunderstandings happen, but its important to be nice with everyone who deserves it and to take your time while posting, just so noone is misunderstood.

It might be a survival strategy that comes from training dogs, but if people don't like me and I don't think I've done anything wrong, then they can just bite my big toe! :D

Just jumping into the group HUG. :) I don't have a problem with anyone. This IS a great place, and I admire that people can express different opinions. It also IS tricky to communicate via writing, so easy to appear the wrong way. :)
