Firstly, meet Daniel, the supposed Gordon Setter mix. He doesn't look quite setterish to me, but who knows. What everyone does know is that Daniel is a very sweet, very good dog. He let me brush him for 20 minutes all over and was very happy for the attention. He's very happy, and very sociable. Daniel would be a good dog for any family.

Meet Coffee, the redbone coonhound! He is a very nice, very good hound. His ears are fun to pet, they feel like velvet. Coffee does seem to have some sort of growth (or hernia) on his belly, I'm not sure what it is. I forgot to look at his paperwork before I left today.

This is Raleigh the boxer! I think he looks sort of mixy, like maybe somebody threw some American bulldog in there. He's a sweet, sweet fellow, does the boxer wiggle and "kidney bean" and leans and rubs on you. Raleigh is fun and sweet and actually walks decently on leash, considering all those muscles!

I swear this dog has the worst teeth and the dopiest smile I've ever seen.

Alpha rolling! (j/k j/k :p)

Meet Grendal, the pointer/bulldog! He's a sweet, adorable floppy puppy. Likes other dogs, doesn't seem to care about cats, just a nice boy.

And lastly, the brindle thing. Or perhaps I should say the ANNOYING brindle thing! Perry is his name, pulling on leash and being the least photogenic dog ever is his game! It's not all Perry's fault though, he was surrendered to a shelter by his owners and from that shelter he came to FOHA when his time was up, so he's a bit discombobulated at the moment. He's a nice dog, has a lot of energy, and tons of smarts! Perry will be a dog who enjoys outsmarting people and then laughing at them. I'm sure there are plently of us out there who would love a dog like him. :)

Not the best pics, but I took what I could get.

That's all! :)

Oh god that Coffee...I could see him snuggled with Skye. <3 They are all adorable but I just about lit up when I saw that face. It's not that far to VA.... :p.

Daniel actually looks like a Hovawart to me, though I'm aware the chances of that are slim given their rarity.

I love Coffee. Handsome boy he is! It looks like an umbilical hernia to me, we have had many dogs with those at my shelter and they are usually fixed when they are spayed or neutered! :) It's easily fixed even if he is already neutered, they probably should get him in to get it taken care of. I hope they all find good homes, good looking pups. :)

Okay, seriously, send them ALL to me. <3 Especially Daniel. Gosh, why is it when I see all of these great dogs in shelters that would be PERFECT (I'm eyeing at least five in nearby shelters right now) isn't the time for me to get a dog?

And, FWIW, I think Daniel looks like a Rottie/Golden mix. Precious, either way.
