good breeder?

Ok just wondering if this looks like a good breeder? I am not looking at getting a dog yet, but they live in my area and so I wanted to talk with them and also see if I could possibly try and learn some things about conformation and handling from them and weight pull. But I dont want to go to them if they really arent that great of breeders. And since I dont know much about health testing and conformation and titles and such, I was just wondering if anyone could give their input on their dogs, titles, etc?

What gorgeous dogs! Looks like a great breeder to me! Kado is so beautiful. It's nice to see pit bulls who are the right size instead of the hulking BYB ones.

But seriously, Dogs look very good and they health test. They seem to be very straight forward no BS salesmanship.
