Get a chicken this weekend!

we're building a coop tomorow. then either in the afternoon or the next morning we're going down to any one of the numerous battery farms around here and rescue 2 chickens i'm so excited. i'm gonna call her millecent

Congrats on bringing home chickens. We used to have them as pets when I was really little.. me and my step relatives all picked one and named it and said it was ours..

That is so cool! Don't forget to post pictures of Millecent. i know she might be not looking her best when you first bring her home but I would love to see her i have eleven chickens. Mine all have names to.
