Took him to a show today. Not to enter (he's too young) but to observe and meet his breeder :) He was shy at first (as usual), but after awhile relaxed and was even having a little lie down at one point.

Met his sire's owner too. And a couple of his relatives.

Definitely entering him in a champ show in January. Either I will handle him, or his breeders son or daughter will....!! I'd like to, but I don't have a clue :D

Anyway. I forgot my camera. And took a couple of poopy pics on my phone.

Here he is being stood by the breeders son. And not really cooperating. We hadn't been there long and he was still a bit overwhelmed.

And after a few hours mooching, we had a run around the field. He loved it, chasing leaves in the wind. Really pleased he got to mix with tons of dogs and people, I live in a teeeny village, we have NOTHING here.

Everyone loved him :) And was nice to see lots of different pooches!

Holy long legs, Batman! Where did those come from? :D He's such a cutie. We have a lot of GSP in my town and I don't think I've ever seen one with its tail.

He's not as big as he looks in pictures, it's quite deceiving! He's only 5 months old. Probably a couple of inches smaller than the older dogs and no where near as filled out. Breeder thinks he looks about on track. She says he's very baby like, which she thinks is a good thing!! Says some can mature too quickly apparently. He does look like a little baby when you get him in a room full of dogs :D

Some mad woman was feeding him crisps at one point. Was a good experience for him lol

I think Fred is just drop dead gorgeous. I might be a little biased since I think there is nothing better looking than a pointer. ; )

Thanks :D

We're officially entered into a championship show in January now. All paid up! Quite excited actually... considering I've never been interested in showing. And didn't buy him to show!!
