I can't believe it's been five whole years since you left. Five years, since I smelled the sweet smell of the top of your head where I always kissed it.

Five years since I saw your always eager face at dinner time.

Five years since I woke during the night to be comforted by the regular sound of your gentle breathing.

I've learned to live with you not being here a little better now. I can smile at many of the memories I have of you. Some are still very painful, and will still bring the sting of bitter tears.

I'm so glad you were not sick any longer than you were. I'm so sorry I had to make that horrible awful nauseating terrorizing decision to end your suffering.

I think still think of you and miss you every single day. I love you as much as I ever did.

One more year gone by. It's hard to imagine it's been FIVE whole years. I hope they have boomer balls and tennis balls, and docks for jumping off of at the Rainbow Bridge. Stick around, SmurfPurf. One of these days you'll see me coming across.

Oh Red I'm sorry that your Roxy has gone on without you. You know you'll be together again one day and what a reunion it will be. What a gorgeous girl..

I lost one of mine a few years ago and still cry when I look at her pictures, I look forward to my reunion too.....

It's just so hard to say goodbye and to miss them every day..

RIP dear Roxy....you are a beauty!

I am so sorry. I know she meant a lot to you, and I can't begin to fathom your hurt at her loss .

I can't say I know how you feel, because I don't. I know Tucker's day will come, and the thought even now makes me upset.
