Greetings ... we are a 5 dog family. Momma (Fizz) and 4 siblings (Daryl, Kisses, Jackie, and Wallace). Posted Daryl's picture in the gallery. One of the reasons I am hanging around this site is to share experiances with other multi-dog (aka PACK!!) owners. We have been very happy for the last 2 years and just recently have had some fighting. Actually its everyone ganging up on 1. Wondering if there is anyone out there interested in hearing my tail of woe and have any sage advice.......

    Welcome!

I have four myself and its crazy at times. Our corgi and our husky cna not be around eachother so we have it worked out so they are always seperated. Can you do that with the dog being picked on in your home? Its not the easiest thing to do but it works.

Thats what we are doing right now but no one is happy with it. There is no ongoing animosity ... no one is walking around growling or acting agressive. Actually they are all very unhappy about being seperated. The fighting is triggered by outside events which trip the pack mentatlity ... they will all be united in barking against something and then suddenly turn on poor Jackie. After a fight they will all be very sorry and lick his wounds and he accepts thier apologies....

If you have any worries at all do not leave them together unless they are closely supervised. A fight can break out in a split second and you could end up with either a dead dog/s or severe injuries.

I currently have 5 dogs myself and am new to this forum also. :)
