Got bopped in the face a few months ago with the metal plug that plugs the oxygen tank into the anesthesia machine. It damaged my tooth and a root canal is needed. After a ridiculous amount of paperwork (I was given a form from the wrong workman's comp thing, and it took two more tries to finally get the right one sent in), then a phone interview, and finally a review process, they finally approved the root canal.
Now to get a hold of the dentist in their office hours. (I want to work a job where I'm done by 4, get a two hour lunch and get a three day weekend...)
