Check for Mastiff rescues as well, Cristy. The fact that you can say you're affiliated with FOHA might help you get a listen.

Well, I contacted the Fila rescue. We don't have many mastiff rescues in this area. There is a Neapolitan Mastiff Rescue, and a Bullmastiff rescue. I have also found a few English Mastiff rescues in other areas. There just aren't many people working with these dogs. :/

You might consider contacting West Coast Mastiff rescue as well. It might sound good coming from someone who is affiliated with another rescue.
