Favorite use for homegrown tomatoes?

cut the top off, scoop out the innard (save to add to tomato sauce) ans stuff w/a mix of spices, sausage, rice & cheese top w/provolone or mozzarella and bake

Salads, sun-dried, gaspatcho, various soups, stews, sauces, and for use in some chili-stews too.

I love sun dried tomatoes too, but I have never even tried to do them homemade!

Anyone have some good tested/true instructions on sun drying your own tomatoes?
