I had this whole essay in my head that was whining about how I was out of shape and had gained weight and I decided forget that. Anyways so long story short, I am grocery shopping tomorrow and I am wanting to actually buy food that I can live off of for a few days. I don't want any processed foods. I always go shop and only buy healthy stuff but have no idea how to actually you know... eat it. Inevitably after about 2 meals I end up starving then cave and eat bad food. So I need some tried and true meals I can make. Anyone have any favorites they'd like to share?
