So I really like this swimsuit.
http://www.pinupgirlclothing.com/the-hello-sailor-bettie-one-piece-swimsuit-from-pinup-couture.html

Nevermind the retro nautical look, just the cut looks really adorable. No way can I afford $80 on a swimsuit though, especially given I've never tried it on.

I went out this weekend looking around a bit trying to find something with a similar cut and I couldn't find anything. Old Navy usually has some cuter one piece suits but I came up empty there. Kohls only had a bunch of old lady looking one pieces and a bunch of cute two pieces which I have zero need for more two piece suits. And Target has completely failed me in the swimsuit department for like three years in a row.

SO... has anybody seen something like this at a store? Or online somewhere that it's not $80? I'm game to spend $20... maybe $25... but no way can I spend $80.

Help plz? =3

Are old navy bathing suits really that inexpensive?! I've never managed to find a bathing suit under $40. I usually buy a suit in August/September by picking through the half price remnants and can snag individual pieces of a 2 piece for $20/each if I can find them in my size. Luckily I don't swim enough to require a suit more than every 3 years or so.

JC Penny's site has some similar cut suits on there--you could go in store to try them on, at least, though they're still $30-50.

All of them: http://www.jcpenney.com/jcp/XGN.asp...94935029&PSO=0&CmCatId=70656|81005&pagesize=1

Otherwise, all my usual suspects for suits, and all my google searches for these kind of styles bring up $79+ as the price :(

Right now their bikinis are $15 per piece. They frequently go on sale $12.50 per piece, plus if you're an Old Navy Card holder you almost always get 10-20% off on top of that. Price-wise it's about like Target, especially when you know what their sales have been in the past and are patient waiting for them to roll around!

Lands End has swimsuits very similar to what you would like, but they look to be in the $80+ range. However, Lands end swimsuits are really, really high quality.

I know you said Target has failed you but I have this one and it is similiar to what you posted. It has a removable neck strap. I actually have it in 2 colors and I love it bc the extra fabric on the front really makes me look skinnier! I refuse to wear ones that are just one flat piece of fabric bc they just don't look good! Target has quite a few that are in that style I like.

Hi! lol can't believe I missed this..

Sadly all my favorite ModCloth bathing suits are $90. They are fabulous but yea, the price is kind of a kick in the butt

for future reference though.. http://www.modcloth.com/

BUT DO NOT FEAR! H&M is here!!
Forever 21 prices.. but with clothes that will actually last more than 21 1/2 seconds.

Here is a one piece I love. It doesn't really have as much of the retro look of others.. but it's a dark pretty blue and I like the style (and the $30 price tag)

but if you are looking for a retro print, I love this floral!

Now, don't be fooled by the website. AMI Clubwear among it's MASSES of total weird cleavage showing crap, does have quite a few quality inexpensive peices!

I really like this navy/white swimsuit

Now, this place, PinUp coutoure.. is right up your alley. MOST of the swimsuits hit the $80ish price range BUT they have great sales and are really fast on the re-stock

THis one is only $40ish now
http://www.pinupgirlclothing.com/bombshell-swimsuit-green.html

That's all I've got for now.. I'm not on my home computer! LOL
but I hope it helps!
