Fall Mushing Vacay (2013)

The second of what will hopefully continue to be an annual tradition in the Arrowhead of Northern MN until I'm living under the ground.

This is how Maisy rides in the car. For most of the 6 hour drive.

We did some hiking, too, which brought us to this lovely view of Gunflint Lake.

One day, it snowed. Sadly, although I had brought the skis it really wasn't enough to ski on, so we hiked some more. (That's the same spot overlooking the lake.)

Squash likes snow.

It wasn't all business, though.

There was also a lot of napping...

Squash really liked Maisy's pink bed, even though he exploded from it.

I was finally able to get on a computer and see bigger pics!!

Looks like an AWESOME get-a-way!!!! Maisy and Squash look like they thoroughly enjoyed themselves too! I love the comparison lake shots and the Squashy pink bed pictures.
