This is my first litter so i been doing lots of research. Yesterday morning she was sittinf on my pillow, after she got up there was a wet spot of clear fluid on it. It did not smell of anything. I called the vet because she also hasnt wanted to go outside to potty, she rather stay laying down or pee on the floor. The vet told me this is all normal. Yesterday when i got home from work my pregnant dog was acting very uncomfortable. I decided to start taking her temp. Its been 99.5 since yesterday and ive taken it 5x since. Shes calmer today just laying around. She did rearrange her whelping box last night. Is there a chance puppies may be coming soon? I keep reading a temp of under 100 to expect pups in 24 hours. Thank you for any advice in advance.
