Just a note, though, some side effects of pyrantel is loss of appetite, stomach upset, etc. So I'd not necessarily assume that those symptoms right away are evidence of a parasite.

After reading this thread, I am going to get some dewormer this weekend. LOL.

We had a foster puppy a few years ago with worms... and I was SO afraid I had them as well because of handling her... so I went to the doctor's to get tested for them. It came back negative, though.

Am I weird because this doesn't gross me out? :lol-sign:

May think about picking some up since I am around so many dogs between classes and daycare, but I don't feel the need to do it before I get paid next week :p

I ordered banana flavored kind that will come in tomorrows order. My coworkers and my mother have strongly asked me to not tell them what happens LOL

Tis why you take pictures of your poo after all your tenants get flushed out.

Solves the Christmas card picture problem too.

Soooo...for those of you who bought it at a store...where the heck is it? The only place I ever found it was on the clearance table. Where is it usually? I looked everywhere today at 2 stores and couldn't find it :p

Well if I have to special order it I'll just order it online myself lol

The butterscotch, according to my vet/boss, really does taste like butterscotch.

I definitely thought I had worms when I had intestinal issues for over two weeks. After a round of Metro (what they give dogs for giardia) I was better though. Since I'm pretty sure metro won't kill worms, I'm hoping that's not what I had lol. I had wormy dogs a a kid but never got dewormed. Now I'll be wondering if I'm skinny because I have a digestive tenet :rofl1:
