Its Pauls 40th in July. I need gift ideas.

He doesn't read, doesn't do sport, finds most things uncouth and is very picky. Help!!!

What does he like to do in his free time?

Over the years, I've bought Zach tickets to concerts, planned a mini weekend away, made his very favorite (and fairly intricate) dinner, bought him new hockey gear, gone golfing with him, and one year we even went and played lazer tag, lol.

Jin's birthday was last week. Honestly, I didn't buy him anything. I just set up things I knew he would like, love, or want. Junk food and gaming was easy. Lol.

I also made up a little coupon book and filled it with some interesting things. "Have It Your Way Day", "Get Out of the Doghouse Free", "1 Hour Massage", just cute/fun things and some other things as well. Made it on note cards and tied it with ribbon.

Wrote "I love you, Happy Birthday!" on the mirror in the bathroom in red lipstick, so he saw it first thing in the morning. Surprised him with breakfast, and a "shopping" trip to Spencer's. Went out to dinner, talked for hours about nothing. He loved all of it. Said it was the best birthday ever, no one had ever put so much thought into it.

So, yeah. Maybe just set up an "all about him day", instead of buying a gift? Set things up for him that you know he likes or loves?

My husband thinks the best gift ever is anything having to do with Bacon. I made him a bacon gift package for Christmas 2010 and I don't know that I will ever be able to top that gift.

Something from Thinkgeek? They have all kinds of rad stuff, ranging from very sophisticated and useful to bathroom humorish.

I have decided on a radio controlled glider :D

I think I will also have to supply a box of underpants when he sees what he is getting.
