This breed is sometimes called the farm collie. English Shepherds are
the ancestors of most of the modern day herding breeds and they have
existed on farms across Europe since Roman times. They are the ideal
big dog. They weigh between 40 and 70 lbs. They are highly intelligent
and easily understand rules, commands, and expectations. They are brave
and devoted to their families. Many of the stories that won popularity
for the modern day collie such as Lassie Come Home were actually
written about English Shepherds. Until the 1950s English Shepherds
could be found in homes and farms across America. However the English
shepherd is now considered to be a rare breed. English Shepherds make
excellent companions, trustworthy in any situation. They posess almost
human intelligence and require little training, understanding
immediately what behavior is required for each situation. They are
well-mannered and when there is no work they are content to curl up by
the fire and take a nap. The English Shepherd has many talents and can
herd stock or hunt game.

She's adorable and a nicely bred dog! I'll cross post her to some people, I'm sure she'll get a great home either way.
