Oh gods I wish there was something I could do.

Were house hunting like crazy right now we have to move in the first week of April so our schedule is pretty hectic looking at houses but we *might* be able to help in some way.

Let me make some calls and figure out what we can do.

I wonder where the parents to the pups are? So sad to dump an entire litter. I wish I could take all of them.

Does anyone still have the name or phone number to the lady that worked for fila rescue in maryland?

I wonder if they adopt out of state... I want a Fila soooo bad. Course, I doubt they'd be allowed in an apartment and I don't think running to the dog park everyday would be enough workout. *sigh*

I'm pretty sure they adopt out of state.

You'd be amazed at the amount of exercise that is enough. Probably less than you're used to with Izzy :) Running to the dog park everyday would be more than fine.

So with that Izzy do we need to get working on arranging transport and rescue for one of these babies? :)

So why is it that 3 years ago I'd never heard of this breed and suddenly, Petfinder is inundated with them? :(

:( Can't, Justin doesn't like them. The fact that he bases this on how "pretty" they are (rawr) drives me nuts.

Maybe 3 years ago shelters were identifying them as neo mixes instead of filas?

    I guess that's possible.

Though I am afraid it has to do with Fila's becoming more well known. Gods I hope they never become a trendy breed. :(
