Remember the dog from the most recent pedigree commercials. Apparently he got adopted :)

There is a new commercial of him in his new home and he looks OH SO happy.

Very touching

While I admit Pedigree is not an ideal food.... I would MUCH rather have a dog fed pedigree than to be stuck in a shelter. ;)

I can't argue with their ad campaign even if it promots less than desireable food.

To be honest... I fed Teddy pedigree for a while and then change to solid gold milennium and I can't say I noticed a huge difference. he was ALWAYS very fit and athletic and had a nice coat no matter what food he was on.

So I stand by my belief that a dog is better off in a forever home on pedigree than in a shelter on the BEST food :D

OH, he's absolutely better off in a forever home . . . would just be nice if the forever home fed him good stuff ;)

I'm just now really seeing the benefits of feeding smart. Bimmer is nine years old. He is the first GSD/GSDX I've ever had who wasn't showing signs of skin problems by this time. The real results of feeding come as your dogs get older :)

I'm so glad he's got a home now. I also agree that I'd rather have him on Pedigree in a good home than in a shelter.
