Eating Nylabone?

Our Golden puppy (13 weeks) is eating the Nylabones we bought her.
Is this okay?

If you are comfortable feeding it... my dogs do not get anything that not is digestible.

It should come off an tiny little pieces that will pass.
That said, I had one that broke off in not so tiny little pieces, and well, Dante was one sick pupper for a time.
I talked to Nylabone and really think I got a defective one.
I continue to give them to him, he loves 'em

my dog gets nylabones but dogs shouldnt EAT them. if the piece they eat is bigger than a grain of rice it will not pass and may lead to surgery or death i have heard.
